hey could just put a bullet in their head not ideal but what options do you offer one of the 3 or have millions of stray and sick animals living on your porch
all animal owners will never be responsible so what is your solution?

Yea jimmy cares. He did nothing for the few remaining tax-paying, property owners here, but now he runs out to get his mug on TV to save the 'poochies'.
Right up the MDC's alley, they had years of experience of watching this town 'go to the dogs'.
