Whats the big fuss. Pa just got another reason to tax the poor people of Pa. And there is no one to stop them. The goverment of Pa dose what they want. But you voted them in, so don't B_____h now.
At the end of all this, you won't be able to sale your homes. And everyone will take a loss.

What's the big fuss (Sandy from Valencia asks)? The people of Leeper had to deal with the landfill to begin with, and with it closing, they now have to face a tax increase. In the meantime, a large sum of money was found in an account in the books by Clarion County that was set aside for landfill costs. Does the township where the landfill was located get any of the money to help defray costs of the new water/sewage system? They should and they better!!!!

The township has already received over $3 million from the landfill. Where is all that money? Maybe some went to the park that they just built where your kids will have an opportunity to buy and do drugs!! I think the township has got enough money from the landfill, let the others have some too. Farmington has had many chances to get more money but they were to dumb to use the landfill to their benifit!
