You guys are making this perverted and it doesnt need to be. think about if this was your child like i stated earlier how would you react and you would believe your kid. why would a girl who loves going to school every day and is so full of energy and is over coming her ailment to the fullest of her ability lie about something like this. she never had a problem with the special ed program or the teachers until now. grow up people. the principal cant come out to the public for reasons that are undisclosed. Also im sure if it was in the hallways the 100 cameras in that school one of them should have caught it.
or for one reason or another the parents have an issue with the teacher and use their daughter for revenge......
As far as the cameras... where is the footage?....

The parents never had an issue with the teacher. they wouldnt make their daughter lie about something like this that could crush a person career like that. you make them out to be such bad people when they bend over back wards to help out anyone that comes in their path.

I do not make them to be bad... I just refuse to pronounce the teacher guilty simply because the parents say this... This is STILL under investigation... yet you want to hang the teacher based on what the parents say....

Not hanging out the teacher to dry. I've known places where things like this has happened and the teacher was at fault. Just think it's shady on how everyone doesn't want to believe the 15 year old girl over a special Ed teacher

Do things like this happen ya... however innocent till proven guilty. I am not saying the girl or family is lying... What I am saying is we only have their side of the story..... This teachers rep is being run through the mud. What if this story is unfounded... then what?.... like accusing someone of child molestation... even when found innocent the accusation still hangs on him.... Likewise with this breaking with out any other backing than what the parents said ,,, it has the potential of following this teacher for her career even IF she is innocent..... All I am saying is dont get the lynch mob going till the jury comes in/

The girl left blood on the ground in the bathroom. Part of the program is to teach life skills and clean up after themselves. Mom freaks out, as she has done for the last several years under various circumstances. Now she wants to sue the district.
Put 2 + 2 together folks. Scam.

From what I've heard, there are definitely two sides to this story. Also from what I understand, the blood was the girl's. If what I just learned is accurate, this could be an embarrassing situation for the young girl and we should all bow out and let her parents and the administrators deal w/it privately.

I heard there maybe charges forthcoming against the mom for slandering the teacher. That would explain why the other thead on the sory was removed. The mom could find herself on the other end of a lawsuit.

i dont think charges will be brought against the mom for the simple fact that this was admited already and from what i heard there is not a lawsuit going on just wanted an apology.i know the family and they want nothing.

ACTUALLY... the allegations are erroneous. I know the student and the teacher and the student and her family are just looking for money. The teacher gives up so much time and effort to help her students. She has really revamped the program and is a phenomenal teacher.
lady you don't have a clue of what you are saying.you need to find out the facts, then you can voice your opinion.

The news lady said the parents had been given a choice.child go to another school or teach will be told to stay away from the child. Why would they have been given choices if this was all (BULL)SOUNDS LIKE somthings going on at the (BROOK) and if school officals thought it was a (FLAT OUT LIE)the child would not have been granted the move to the other school.THINK PEOPLE THINK and another thing i would think the parents would not want to make ASSES of themselves on national (TV).

Was this admitted... what we know is the mom was told by the principal who was told by the teacher.... strict hearsay at best. Until the principal comes out and says what he was told ... it is the parents word only. Hate to see a teacher run through the mud only on what a parent says

You have two people who can not get along but work together... you can either A) move one person, or B) tell them to ignore each other. That is basically what the board did. This is still under investigation.... of course they are going to seperate the two sides.... Does not indicate guilt... just protocol.

"if school officals thought it was a (FLAT OUT LIE)the child would not have been granted the move to the other school."

Really... what world do you live in?.... In this litigious society of course they would offer to switch schools. If they didnt, even IF the charge was false, the parents could come at them for various reasons. Removing the issue (the student from teacher and teacher from student) was the right thing to do..both legally and ethically.

"THINK PEOPLE THINK and another thing i would think the parents would not want to make ASSES of themselves on national (TV)."

First this was on the afternoon edition of channel 7 news....HARDLY NATIONAL TV.
Secondly, if this is a money grab what better way to force settlement... get it on TV... put the School district in a bad light.... Again... maybe the story is true (for the girls sake I hope it isnt.) or maybe it is not and we are vilifying a teacher for no reason

VERY TRUE"COME ON NOW" if it ever goes to court i guess the principle will have to take the stand and tell the truth and nothing but the truth. We shall see...
