Hi “tell me” as you can see I have enumerated (1-5) your very important questions. I believe that your inquiries deserve a response.

1. Why does one of the VIP/PVP candidates have businesses running out of their home with no business licenses on file in the village? Is that fair if other residents have to go through the process that they do not? How do you expect residents to have confidence in a group of people that do not believe the rules are the same for them?

ANSWER: There is no reason that anyone should be operating any kind of commercial activity from their domicile without the proper licensing. This includes everyone. I think that the present administration, Coalition/V V P and others including the Building Department with their patronage “home inspector” are not doing their job. So please do the community a favor and report all of these scoundrels.

2. How do you expect residents to have confidence in a group of people that do not believe the rules are the same for them?

Answer: Once again, you are right. The residents are not going to take it anymore from the Wasowicz administration. Additionally, on April 9, 2013 the people of our village will vow their allegiance to the Village Improvement Party (V I P).

3. You want our votes on promises that you can't define even though people have asked for you to do this for months.

Answer: Good Question. The answer is uncomplicated. Mayoral aspirant John Koslowski and his candidate supporters will implement the Justice is for everyone plan, this includes creating an economic development strategy, work to streamline village finances. By the way, this one should be of interest to you “tell me”, help to strengthen village ordinances to keep those pesky scoundrels from running unlicensed commercial enterprises from their homes.

But, what I view as the most significant part of the overall plan is, he will work to obtain funding and create a plan for the much needed repairs and or replacement for the village’s infrastructure (streets). This is something that the Coalition/V V P mayor Wasowicz et al. have not been able to accomplish. In fact, the much touted $2.6 million dollar "Jobs Now Grant" was lost. In addition, according to Wasowicz's statement on the DVN, the loose-jointed Coalition/V V P fell sleep at the wheel and lost the grant.$2.6 million dollars! And that aint chump change. Nonetheless, that's the way the mayor's administration has worked since its inception in 2007 when John Small, head of the V V P, brought Wasowicz in to the village political scene. My friend, that was six long years ago. Are we any better off now? Of course not.

4. Your candidates are not at meetings, and they don't pitch in if there isn't a paycheck or power for them to have it seems.

Answer: As far as candidates attending meetings? I am sure that they are just as tired as the residents are from hearing the same old promises over and again from the Coalition/V V P’s self serving “public servants”. However, I did not know that you get a stipend to attend meetings; please let me know where I can pick up my allotment and I will attend the next meeting.

5. Your former slate have gotten roads, fences, and all sorts of favors. So answer the question how is it right for one of your candidates to operate two or more unlicensed businesses in town when other residents have to have licensed businesses?
Answer: You are right.“Fair is fair”. Nonetheless, please, refer to the answer on question 1 (one).

Additionally, if this disjointed political party (Coalition/V V P et al.) can handle the truth, than, here it is. The residents of Justice are frustrated by ALL politicians, but mostly by the fragmented, multi-party Coalition for making promises that they can not keep, and WE ARE MAD AS HELL AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE! The governing of our small village must change!

No comic book newsletters no funny childish cartoons, just the truth. That is the Village Improvement Party V I P.

I appreciate you as a supporter answering questions.

I think it's time for their party to step up and answer questions.

To rebut, it is important for people to attend meetings, tired or not especially in my opinion if you expect to assure voters that you are more fit and sound to sit upon a board. Attending meetings gives you an idea of what is currently happening in the village. However when at least 2 of the 3 VIP candidates were being paid (as trustees and zoning board member) they attended meetings. Once that was over, no checks, no attendance.

Mr. K is billing himself as a servant on the latest mailing-what has he done in the last two years to serve?

I'm sorry- but really you cannot blame an inspector for a person knowingly operating an illegal business or THREE from their home. It's the residents responsibility to be ethical and legal just like all the other residents that file proper licensing.

It's illegal to pick up scrap from the roadway to begin with and I'm pretty sure it's not okay to operate two other businesses with no license in town. That being said if the 'patronage' inspector came out and inspected and fined- the VIP party would cry foul just like with the filing paperwork issues.

I'm looking to see what the VIP will do better or different. They have a candidate that has been in more then FIVE political parties in town-that is just as fragmented. Their candidate for Mayor was a major part of the PVP nonsense.

I'm not a fan of the mayor but I don't believe the VIP is showing the residents anything better. Especially with unethical and potentially illegal activities.
