Also be balanced about the sex allegations. The analysis on that is at an impasse. There is a strong doubt that any of that ever happened. Get story right. Daily Herald is more accurate.
Michael Page Chicago, IL	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Apr 17, 2009 If the prosecution had had a strong forensic proof to the sexual allegations, and believed the rapes had occurred then they would not have accepted the plea that had it stricken. The allegations were on shaky ground at all times. The arguments after the accepted plea have really no valid footings. They can say anything they want, including creating elements that truly are manufactured. The defense counters, but, in the end, all of it is fodder for the masses and the public perceptions it creates. It doesn't effect the plea, nor is it inclusive to it.
