Erie County Sheriff investigators say Duane Fiscus, 51, of Clarence Center was arrested on DWI charges following a traffic stop on Ellicott Road in the town of Aurora at 2:56pm Monday.

Hey ! How could the guy be drunk if he was on duty ? Apparently he was sitting in some bar while he should have been working. The guy should be fired . I am quite sure the guy got his job w/ the county simply because he's a relative of a politician. So ... will he now loose his job ... I doubt it ! Oh ! By the way ... if he looses his driver's license ... how will he be able to keep his job ? Oh yes ! I forgot ! He probably is a relative or friend of a political big shot. So all is forgiven ! Gosh I hate Erie County government !!!

Hey ! i want to see WGRZ follow this story all the way thru conviction and sentencing. And I want WGRZ to report what restrictions, if any, are placed on him by the water authority . This guy should be fired. Anything less would be a travesty. Furthermore this guy should not be allowed to hide behind the label
" Addiction ". There is a big difference between CRAVING, HABIT, DEPENDENCY, and ADDICTION. Let me simplify it. I enjoy pizza. I can't get enough of it. I'll stuff myself with it. But this doesn't mean I am addicted to it. Kids stuff themselves with candy. Sometimes til they become sick. But they're not addicted. They love it. But that doesn't mean they are addicted to it. This guy shouldn't hide behind the word addiction. He probably STUFFED himself with booze ... like a selfish child with a bag of candy. That's not addiction ... it's simply a selfish, self centered drunk who spends his money over the bar... rather than supporting his family. Okay WGRZ ... are you gonna follow this story to the end ? Will we see this guy be convicted, sentenced, and loose his license ? Or will the poor man simply go into counseling because he's an
