Eric is my brother and as my mom stated above Eric and Lorraine are nothing but honest. He tried to do the right thing but then found out Brain lied to him again. Look at this guys track record.

this is a classic brian lorenc story. scam scam scam. brian has a history of chearing people out of money. just look what he has done to his own family. doubt me ask his brother mark. brian and bml have been getting away with this for many years, and i dont understand how he can run a company. maybe someone should contact the irs on him, oh i forgot they already know about him. this couple should make sure it was brian because he tends to use his brothers idenity alot. brian will try any scam to get money. look for his motorhome, boat, motorcycles, and his house that burnt down. this will eventually catch up and bite him in his a**. or in brians world bite his family depending on whos id he is using this week.

brian keeps getting away with stuff. it goes as far back as when he sold insurance, he cheated and scamed back then and will continue to do so. brian is not a honest man. brian does everything under the table so he gets away with not paying taxes or puts it in someones elses name so when it fails he comesout smelling like a rose. just look at his house that burned down???? the motorcycles that were stolen???? and now brian sits on tv playing the victim (hahahah). keep those sunglasses on brian i know when your lying. brian has been doing this for so long and so many people hate him, how can this scam artist be walking free,or just plain walkin.

Brian Lorenc, a former MetLife insurance agent, pled guilty on October 27, 2000 to grand larceny in the 3rd degree and scheme to defraud in the 1st degree. After receiving a complaint from MetLife, the Frauds Bureau initiated an investigation that revealed that between 1993 and 1999, Lorenc defrauded eight MetLife policyholders of nearly $93,000. In some cases, Lorenc contacted the policyholders and persuaded them to take a loan on their existing policy, to use built-up dividends, or to cash in the policy for the surrender value, with the monies to be used to purchase other policies. Of course, new policies were never purchased and Lorenc pocketed the money. In other instances, Lorenc initiated the loan or surrender without the knowledge or consent of the policyholders. When these policyholders received the checks from MetLife and questioned Lorenc about them, he informed the policyholders that there had been an error and that he would return the checks to MetLife. Again, he pocketed the money. MetLife has repaid all of the victims in this scheme. Lorenc has paid approximately $25,000 in restitution thus far and will repay the remaining amount before his February 2, 2001 sentencing date.

I agree, as soon as I saw the clip advertised, I wrote him my story immediately. I've cut my losses, but knowing how this guy works, this contractor NEEDS to be stopped!!!

The free roof Family certainly gives me bad vibes here, they dont seem as innocent as theyre trying to act. They did agree to a color etc. They just seem like theyre trying to pull the wool over. However BML is the biggest scam artist around. He deserves everything he is getting now and its so nice he was brazen enough to go on TV and share his story with us. So thank you free roof family for exposing him!

It's not a "free" roof. It was so pourly installed that it will need to be replaced. The report on ch 4 did not mention the fact that the ice shield (the most inportant part) was not installed properly, amongst other things. And since when does agreeing to a color constitute an agreement? You have to pick a shingle for an estimate, that's part of the materials. There wasn't even a permit obtained to do the roof legally. And a permit requires proof of insurance.
