i worked for a company who had the driver cam in the truck facing the driver and the road with audio of the driver.well needless to say i quit.who would do a job with the company looking at you pick your nose. and watching as you drive down the road the truck's we drive are our home. we spend more time in the truck that at our home.i will never drive for a company who has this in there truck i can see the cam facing the road but not the driver that's not right that's showing the driver's that the company do not trust what there doing.

These cameras video and audio 24/7. Even when you are on your 10 hr. break. Watch what you say to the girlfriend about the wife. Have actually heard stuff repeated in dispatch. All of it is sent via cell towers back to Cargo each night. Also watch video of Dennis Dellinger saying that they can watch you based on hearsay and "coach" you. Check him out at Drive Cam com. With all the hacking that goes on some of this stuff will get out publicly soon.

If it is the company that i am thinking of there not worth your time. they push and push there driver's until they quit i drove for them 4 year's and they say you get a lot of home time. all you get is time to reset. if you get home after driving all night you sleep your day off. the the next day they want you back it the truck to go sit around and wait for a load.the dispatcher's sit and talk about the driver's while it's the driver's who's making money for the company.there two faced as they come.

It is you're God given right to you're privacy. Would you want someone to stare at you when going to the bathroom taking a piss in you're job just to make sure you won't do drugs?

You aren't hard enough on fighting for rights to privacy.

People need to see the Colossus Forbin Project to see how privacy can get out of control real fast if left in the wrong hands.

Laws have unintentional side effects and we cannot just hurry them along like we are doing.

That's why they can't keep driver's now.I know when they put the cams in the truck's over 50 driver's quit.now they have a high turnover rate. i do not blame them for doing so.i would not want a cam in my house and i think most people would agree. truck driver's live in there truck's it's hard enough for them to be in a truck over a hundred hour's a week and then you put a cam on them. come on you all know if you had a cam looking at you all the time you would not work in that condition. and yes it is there job but think about it. it's not like your office job where you go home and there is no cam looking at you all day long.God watch over these hard working trucker's.NO A CAM

Im gonna start giving the camera a 3 finger salute as in the hunger games. Shoot every body wanting to show silent protest could do this. Its called free speach. They cant reprimand me for taking my hand off the steering wheel or they would complain when i shift gears or hit the side button on the camera. 3 fingers to you mr camera man.

The problem is the company i drive for lied about how it would be used. Instead of just coaching they use it to punish a driver. The other problem that has developed is that when you get in heavy traffic and someone pulls in front of you and you hit the brake your worried about the light coming on which is a distraction which can lead to an accident.

There's other thing's that make it bad to if it's the company i'm thinking of. 63mpr trucks'' robot driver's'' yes man dispatcher's '' all they do is treat there driver's like dirt rush them around all week the get home fri-sat and want them back in the truck before they have any home time. no mile's 50 bucks layover for 16 hour's then after your done with all that you have to to 20 training classes that they will work you in on your time off. That's why i do not work there now.
