Pat Smith Arrested for Taking Kickbacks

What's your opinion of Mr. Smith (ex-employee of Cargo Transporters) who was arrested for taking kickbacks? Newspaper says he took $21,000. I'm hearing it's going to come out to be a much HIGHER figure.
