Hey, what does everybody think about the break-in this week at JV's "so called" mansion? Yeah, I know they arrested a teenager, but personally I think there's more to the story. Comments anyone?

I think something doesn't add up as far as the robbery. Yep, they've arrested a teenager. Did somebody pay this teen to do this? And why wasn't the house secured? Why wasn't the alarm on? Either the receiver is one more sorry POS who is not doing his job....or somebody who "knows the house" has been tampering.

Who is in charge for taking care of the home? There may be some of the answers to the questions. Who reported the break in, who cuts the grass, who checks the house, well who does what and what may have been hidden that is not in the home now? Questions that will never be answered?
But, be thankful for local law enforcement to be so quick to recover items. Without them the loss would be greater.

Who looks after the stupid, ugly house? Huffman Family!

Who cuts the grass? Huffman family.

Who reported the break-in? Huffman family.

Who was behind the whole thing? Huffman family.

How much did they pay the teens to do it and risk getting caught?(answer to this question coming soon)!

Why in the world were the contents of this house placed in a secure location away from this property? This makes no sense at all. These items were evidence, were they not? Aren't you supposed to seal and lock evidence up and away?
If this property is considered state evidence in any way, why wouldn't the county or state monitor the alarm system and have it more secure.
Things just don't add up with this at all. Someone has definitely dropped the ball.

Wise Old Owl says: If I were Gilda, I would consider changing my profile pic on Facebook. She is still using a picture with Jailbird JV in it! Why in the world wouldn't she take him off? Or better still...why wouldn't she get off Facebook completely? As much as she's been in the news herself this past year, why would you draw any additional attention by displaying yourself on Facebook?

All of this seems to be ignored and still is being ignored. Prople wonder why this has happened and still fail to ask questions to those in charge.
This is why all the parties that lost will continue to lose more and in the end there will be nothing for the victims. The family and the controllers will prosper at the expense of the investers and tax payers are paying out now for time spent recovering what had already once been seized.
Really poor performance, decision making and un-ethical reasoning on those left in charge.
Someone needs to be held accountable for the ways this case has been handled after the arrest.

Yes, you're right...it's all been unethical from the very beginning.

Many think that with the past history of decisions, that now the group of victims may seriously consider group representation for damages and investigation into some of the many unanswered questions that need to be answered.

You know what? Who is really being held unaccountable for the decisions of this estate. The process must be fair and all parties understand the process along with the decisions and the decision making process. Legal accountability must be maintained.
I hope that no more be lost.

Actually, Landon was the one that spotted the people in the house while he was riding his bike. Landon is only 13 so be thankful he was smart enough to race home and tell his parent's what was going on. Kudo's to the kid.

I thought the paper said they found the light on in the house early in the morning. If people where still in the house why did they not catch them in the act. If he rushed right home and told them. That doesn't seem to be right according the account the HDR reported.

I understand exactly what you are saying. All I am telling you is that a 13 year old child was the one who saw them and went back to his parent's and they called the cops. I feel certain landon was very scared. They found the car after the gps was turned on, but cops knew it was missing for over a week. So in order to catch where all the items were taken this is how it happened.

Miss Jazz sure seems to know a lot (or thinks she does). Could she be a Huffman family member or close to the family? Is this the same Jazz who lives in R.B. and is a "know it all"??????

Hey Jazz,
Are you going to pay for Ella's spa treatment? Maybe she can't afford it??
