Rialto hires Gutierrez law firm for $50,000 a month

The City Council on Tuesday voted 3-0 to approve a five-year contract with a new law firm to provide the city with services at a cost of $50,000 per month plus other expenses.

Scott is too easily impressed, Gutierrez used the oldest trick in the book and Scott took the bate, it is time for Scott to retire! Gutierrez turned it around like HE was doing you a favor . Gutierrez is no Best, Best and Krieger & not worth the $50,000. He is just good at finding ways to take more of our hard earned money " Gutierrez dove into the job quickly, advising code enforcement officials on a new process to abate violations".-

We must have money to throw away in Rialto. Our city should of hired him on an hourly basis.
If he is also representing other city's then how do we know we are not paying him for time he shuffles papers for them?
