"The ordinance helps the community push sustainability goals and encourages students to use alternatives to vehicles, such as bicycles, walking, transit and sharing vehicles."

Is this not another prime example of how "progressive" government determines what you can and cannot do? Its such a a joke, they are big on pushing the notion of "choice" but legislate that choice from being practiced. This push to being "green" is obsessive and even "religious" in nature for those are its main advocates. But what would you expect out of claremont?

If they are a student at the College and have a car in their possession, they should be able to park it there. Simple as that.

Where should people when there is no place to park?

It is not government "policy," it is reality-driven.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Capricorn

You're feeling slightly unconventional and you're looking for activities that will reflect your mood. You certainly won't be very keen on doing things that are drearily predictable or boring, although you'll grit your teeth and get on with them if you have no choice. But ideally you should do things on the spur of the moment, preferably in the company of people who make you feel alive and alert.
