This is how Glendora, California WON for the second year in a row " the San Gabriel Newspaper group" award.
First of all there is NO limit on how many times a poster from a computer can vote day after day until the voting period is closed, that's called stuffing the ballot box.
Glendora is well know for stuffing the ballot box during their local elections for city council member's.
Here are the guide lines:
What controls do you have in place to ensure fairness during the voting process?
Users must provide an email address or log in via their Facebook or About.com accounts to vote. Votes are limited to one vote per award category per user per day, and any votes not originating from the about.com domain will be rejected. We have internal checks in place to detect fraudulent voting activity, and in some cases the poll results shown during voting may not reflect the accurate final counts used to determine winners.
Please note that About.com polls are not scientific. Rather, they are a way for readers to share their opinions about their favorite products, services and innovations with About.com Guides and with other users.
Of course the guide lines are full of hot air, since it does not restrict the daily casting of ballots from a since computer address or home mailing address if sent via mail.

Talk about a complete FLUKE, or bald face LIE.
The second winning of the "READER'S choice award" is and proves the selection method is and was RIGGED.
Glendora won only because they had people stuffing the ballot box, as they do when it come to local elections too.
The SGV Reader's Choice Award was rigged the first and the second time in a row.
So glendorapatch.com you can take this back to your master's in Glendora's City Hall.
Phony award and contests suck!

So if that's the case then when Mark's friends John Harrold and Sonny Marshall won their city council race the race was fixed. Nice Mark, once again you showed what an absolute mental deficient you are. Of course there is no proof that any election in Glendora has ever been fixed but this is what Mark Smith and his dimwitted friend Ed Brubaker has claimed in the past. There was one election where after the absentee ballots were counted Ed and Mark walked into the council chambers, sat for a moment with Kristin Parisi who saw the writing on the wall and got up and walked out before the ballots cast that night were even counted. Ed remarked that as usual the election was fixed. That's how people like him and Mark are. They are and will always be whiny little aholes with hate running their lives. Pitiful skunks that the town hates and always will. You suck Smith, now go have another good cry.

Didn't Culver stay long hours on weekend and after normal city hall hours counting ballots?
Just trying to help, you know?

When our city council (Glendora) was up for election these boobs were our heros (?) and those who were running against our heros were the boobs.
I always wondered how Judy Nelson, a real bimbo, could get enough votes, she did very little during the campaign yet she won. Judy was taking crash courses on city politics and practices from Chris Jeffers during working time periods in city hall, talk about wasting tax pays money, on her. She had been hand picked by the (dark shadow people) pulling the political strings in Glendora, California.
Karen Davis had an affair, a divorce and a bankruptcy, but whats the dif, who cares, vote her in. The affair wasn't with another female as many thought but rather with a Glendora Police Officer instead, you remember the cop who suddenly left and after the dust cleared returned to the GPD.
Douglas Tessitor is on the verge of senility but he's still putters along as long as he doesnt drool while in pubic view. The doctors keep him well supplied with pills and drugs, many can't wait for the next public viewing of his comedy antics.
Gene Murabito I can understand, I think he has a connection with the Mafia, cross him and its all over. Wasn't there a height requirement posted, you must be this tall before you can ride this?
What are the good, honest voters of Glendora, California thinking of when they vote?

Heard that the reason the redistricting petition by Mark Smith failed was as a result of the sponsor having lost his right to vote due to a conviction preventing him from registering.

Never miss a chance to buy an election or an award, now do they?
Gene Murabito said, I'd move my parents into one of these?
Now the mess is starting all over again with the Rail Condo's across the street from the Post Office at Ada and Glendora Avenue.
Still the Bankruptcy sale of the Gangi Walk Up Condo's were so funny to see, a big banner hung across the South facing side of the project. It faced the Bank of America building on Vermont Avenue.
Another lie told by Ken Herman and his Kleenex Gene Murabito, of Glendora, California. And where is good for nothing Ken Herman? He grabbed his money and ran out of California.
