Chabot, you are a moron. You think legislation makes any difference? People are buying & selling & smoking Marijuana, whether you approve or not, whether it's legal or not. The state government can legalize, tax, & capitalize on money that's being spent regardless, or they can continue to throw money at a lost cause, make no revenue at all, & list it in the debit column.. it's going to continue, regardless.

The nuts who brought Prop 19 to the ballot this year have nothing better to offer society rather than to get stoned? These strung out hippies are far off base and have become irrelevant.
