I thought the citizens of Claremont were to good or snooty to allow low income housing in their city. It could be a mistake. Crime rates tend to follow economic income of a community.

News flash to Claremont citizens: get ready for crime and a drop in property values in that area! If I lived in Claremont the first thing I would do is get together with the many other outrages citizens and get Elderkin out of there! Elderkin is "thrilled" about the poject. Well its almost a sure bet no Elderkins live anywhere near the proposed site.
