The city could probably do fine with half of the cops they have. All they do is issue stupid tickets for going 5mph over the speed limit... that is when they aren't sitting at Circle K all day.

I think you may be streching iy a bit with the 5 MPH comment, unless there was some other factor involved, such as a right away or an evasive action involved on the part of another person/motorist involved. There are too many good citations out there to be C.S. and go for 5 MPH in excess of the speed limit.

There is no patrolling police in Via Verde.
There is gang activities in Serra Park.I invited the mayor to visit Via Verde at nigth, may be he will change that 15% burglaries is not bad compare to what?He need to come out of the buble and face reality.
The quality of life in Via Verde is deteriorating. whether the city council believe or not

Chearl, If you received a citation from my former co-workers then YOU deserved it.... If they took the time to leave Circle K then you must have really pissed someone off... And as far as Circle K, since they tore down Bravo Burgers where are they supposed to hang out...LOL Come on sweet cheeks, lighten up, life is too short!!!

Just like Mubarak's thugs someone in Glendora California is trying to shut down this forum.
Over loading the comments section with haggled topics, against those who have something to say about Glendora's up coming municipal election of March 08, 2011 concerning the candidates.
Who would do something like this, have they done it in the past? Have they tampered with past election ballots? Was there someone on the insdie of city hall to change the out come of an election, by being inside to alter or change mail in ballots or make them just go away?
