How many people remember the Clairton Progress? It was published weekley...and was a very good paper.
How many people remember the best at one time McKeesport Daily News, but not presently, today its garbage, nothing in it pertaining to the local Mon Valley towns, it 50 cents, not worth it.

Clairton never had its own paper!!!!

The Clairton Progress was privately run. My Brownie group went there.

The Clairton Progress was in publication from 1921-1968. The Clairton public Library Has vintage copies, for viewing only.
