See that is what happens if you do not hire more teachers and administrators and over paid them more.

MASD need at least two more new schools. There should be a least two more construction management firms involved. Hire GG's MVCM firm and Raintree to help out the over worked and underpaid PPM.

I have no problem with mergers.

I think it should be mandatory to offer all parents unconditional VOUCHERS.

Penn Hills School District - All of your excuses and conditions are wearing thin. Tell me, what is your excuse this year. I hope it's nothing we have heard before. I bet the brand new high school will turn things around..... Shame on you.

Doesnt make sense....new schools for idiots that cant learn.....talk about pissing your money away.
Would of been cheaper to buy a few trailers and bolt them together instead of building multiple schools.
The PPM is laughing in your face.

Read Charles Murray: Real Education and then look at which communities embrace education culturally and which communities do not. Pants under your rump? Probably not going to succeed in ANY school or in life for that matter. Add to this the fundamentally disturbingly bad education that colleges of education now give our future teachers, and the low bar for becoming one of America's future teachers and you can see clearly the problem. Colleges of education recruit from the bottom of the barrel and send those mal-educated teachers to the poorest communities. At some point we need to expect more of our families and of our teachers. Any parent with sense, who can afford to send her children to a school that will pander neither to lazy teachers nor wicked students will do so. Wealthy communities can afford to choose the best teachers and pay the cost to eliminate horrid students. Unions on the other hand do better by advancing the interest of the worst teachers and the most awful students. So long as we continue to pretend every student failure is based on oppression, then every failing student will continue to be oppressed by their own culture and the school teachers they hire.

That solves the growing nepotism problem of positions. The low scores include students not on welfare. Beyond first grade education to do little on a job to receive high pay not required. The rest of the problem has to do with abuse of tax and government funds. Welfare of those working in a city on a job also receiving government funds. It's government money tax payers lose more to abuses of.

Thieves in a suit or work uniform paid by government funding. Most of these for the area do very little while collecting more than welfare.
