This piece of garbage who killed this sweet elderly woman was 15 years old????

Death penalty works for me. Get this piece of crap off the streets and kill him too. I don't care how old he is, death is too good of an option for him. In an ideal world, let his ass suffer. We will get these people saying the poor baby had no parenting, no childhood growing up, no mother, no father figure, and there is nothing to do for kids nowadays, etc...... If this kid was my own, I would tearfully say the exact same thing- death penalty. This poor woman was a friend to everyone who knew her or came in contact with her. What a loss. This is terrible.

Eddie- couldn't have said it better. They found his prints on her phone, blood stained clothing.
Age or race has nothing to do with this, he is a predator who would spend his life attacking the young or old, like a rabid animal preying on the helpless. Don't make the taxpayers buy him a suit for his trial or waste our money on a lawyer or a long court case. Walk him around the back & put a
.38 slug behind his ear.

Community...you may have known Johnie since elementary school but people change and have "secret lives and personal demons" as White
Lightning says... the evidence we
are hearing about against this kid is compelling. I am one of Ms. Flo's
many neices and we want justice for her brutal, senseless death..and believe our legal system will
give it to us.

Somebody please explain to me why the homicide rate in Allegheny County is so extremely high. I have written to the govenor, senators, congressmen, representatives and judges about the alarming statistics. Haven't gotten any return messages or answers from anyone. We need to start putting these criminals that have been on death row for 10 & 20 years away. The criminals know that they're not going to die soon after sentencing, so that just makes them think that they will probably die before being lethally punished. Maybe if the system was quicker to put these people to death, others might not be so quick to commit these horrible crimes.

The problem is, after the decline of the steel industry, tens of thousands left the Mon-Valley for jobs elsewhere. Our politicians in their infinite wisdom invited HUD & other social(ist)
agencies in & to keep the homes on the tax rolls
& started importing the worthless of all races in for free housing. Free for them as we are the ones keeping them. As they destroyed area after area, more working taxpayers left and more human cockroaches came. They brought crime, drugs and absolutely no morals or any decent human virtue.
And that boys & girls is how these once hard working mill towns became a wasteland.

P.S. I too, think we need an express lane
on death row and televised executions.

What about that woman's right to life? She was in her home, someone came in & attacked her. How bad do you have to beat up on a 83 year old woman? They found his fingerprints on the phone,
they found shoes in his house with her blood on them, he said they were his friends who wore a size 11 when he wore size 8. His own mother said they were his shoes. That lady lived a good life,
she worked & still helped people & her church only to be brutally beaten by some street punk.
I don't care if he is green in color or orange with red stripes, he deserves a short trial & a
fast walk to the chamber.

You're a very good example of why there's so much violence in this world today. It's people like you that keep the violence ongoing and becoming worse each day. Everyone that commits a murder always has some one say Oh! He or she would never do anything like that, they're good people. Maybe you need to step up to the real plate and face reality. Us tax payor's are sick and tired of paying for all of the inhumane self incurred judicial expenses. Maybe if every murderer had to pay their own expenses or be automatically put to death, they would think more about it.

I am infuriated at people who want to believe that this inhumane "BEAST" ---"would never do anything like that". If someone was with him and helped him , then why isn't he stepping up to plate and identifying the others----- you know why? BECAUSE he was there and committed this heinous crime against my wonderful aunt! He was brutal and gruesome towards her. I am thankful that he is being charged as an adult. May his punishmen also be as an adult . How sad that he has ruined HIS family also. May they not enjoy his company at birthday's and holidays as we will not enjoy our Aunt Flo. He may have been a "nice boy" at one time, but now he is a murderer! He has no respect for life, his mother, or himself.

It's sad. When a person takes another person's life, you always seem to have dillusional people so ready and willing to say "The murderer was so gentle, and would never do something this."

It's always the same, and that's what's wrong with today's society.

Just because you can't believe that someone you know could be a murderer doesn't make them innocent. It just means that you can't accept reality.

"Friend Of Johnnie" gives the decent people in the inner city a bad name. Look at the slang, grammar, swear words. What a work of art, lots of class.

The 15 year old is guilty as hell. He was old enough to know what he was doing, so he is definitely old enough to get whacked. The punk doesn't need a trial. I don't give a crap about his feelings, or the fact that he may be scared in jail or what have you. The punk deserves to die. If I was his family, I'd write his ass off. Boom, he never existed. The reason there is so much crime in this country is the leniency showed to cold blooded killers. If it is proven that you killed someone, no trial is needed, no appeals, nothing like that. Straight to the chamber my friend. One less mouth for me to feed. My heartfelt sympathies to Flo's family. What a loss of a wonderful woman.

If he didn't do it.. how did his bloody finger print just knock on Flo Ranta's door and sit on the phone. They have total forensic evidence completely tying him into her home. Don't give me any crap, that kid is a cold blooded killer and the one one Little Johnie has to face now is God.

It's very rare for a murderer to admit what they are, why they did it or how they did it. They will lie and lie and lie, just as family and friends will lie for them. We the public serve as the jury to decide what charges the murderer is guilty of and not guilty of. I think that we could put all of these murderers to death much quicker if a law was passed for the jury to also decide when the beast should be put to death. Even though they get the death penalty, it takes years before they are actually executed. I hope poor poor Johnny is tortured to death. I'm sure the beast in hell is waiting to be fed. He won't see GOD because he's now one of Satin's children for eternity. I say to the family, hang in there, it's going to be a long rough road. No matter how hurt, sad, or depressed you become, remember to stay strong and know that people care. My family is currently going through a senseless murder of a family member. It's been a rough road since August. My family and I send our deepest sympathy. We will keep on our prayer list and be thinking of you. May God Bless Flo's Family. From Dave's Family and Friends

Excellently defined. The murderer shouldn't have any rights at all. After all, the victim has every one of his or her rights taken away by the person who murdered them. Everything you stated above should be represented as the victims last right.

you should get an education before coming on this forum because we will not take your childish grammar seriously. There is no punk on here, so just chill out! You sound like you could kill someone with that attitude.
