Woman sentenced for public fornication

A woman charged with having sex in a Hankinson bar has been given the same sentence as her male partner, but a judge also ordered that she undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

This is why we left ND. I am sure a lot of people will just say "they were just being young and stupid...just drunk.." and laugh. Won't take it seriously. This is not the life style I wanted for my child. Finding out this news was reasureing that I made the right decision for us. But life goes on... hope people in Hankinson will have better year in 2009.

This all way too common in Hankinson and Rugby. Actually, it would be a far better verdict to sentence this woman to HAVE SEX in the bar because there is so little going on in these deadbeat towns.

Having said that, I've always enjoyed hearing Howard Hanson's "Nymphs and Satyrs" performed by the Hankinson Philharmonic. And also Robert Frost poetry set to Miles Davis horn concerto.
