10 to 1 it doesn't save a dime. What about all the maintainance on the holes they're drilling in the roof?

Hi! Somebody is getting ripped off BIG TIME! I believe it's us tax payers! Solar systems used to cost a lot of money but the costs have decreased dramatically over the past 3 or 4 years. Somebody should investigate the total costs of the parts and labor to install a solar system on a school to bring it down to an Edison Tier 1 or Tier 2 price charge. That's where resonable electric rates belong. The $1.8 MILLION would probably be the cost for 3 or 4 schools after the Federal Rebates and the Edison rates are approved. I'd say some CROOKS are going to buy some new cars, boats or homes with all of the money left over. This needs to be checked out before it's final approval!
My neighbor just cancelled a contract to have a solar system installed on his home. The contractor was going to finance $24,000 for him. The parts and labor cost $3,500 after the Federal rebates. Where was the remaining $20,500 going? You guessed it! A legal swidle job. Hopefully this will be reconcidered! Thanks! Jack
