From the City Manager to the Glendora Police Chief they were all embarrassed by the reports and actions taken and displayed by one Glendora Code contractor who write tickets and rides around in make believe Police Vehicles.
What kind of investigation, reports and lies he puts in requests for warrants, it make Glendora's legal system look like it's run by a bunch of half-wits.
Lets see, who else is embarrassed;
The State of California is embarrassed.
The County of Los Angeles is embarrassed.
The California Highway Patrol embarrassed.
The F.B.I. is also embarrassed.
The current city council should be embarrassed as well, but they have NO shame in the first place.

Why has R. Perez been allowed to continue to be employed by the city of Glendora California?
Must be a RAT BOY for someone buried deep in it's city hall or police department?
Like a MOLE BOY, I understand he doesn't even live in the city of Glendora either.

The embarrassment should be from the City manager (Chris Jeffers), Police Chief (Robert castro), City attorney (D. wayne leech) and his boss, with out forgetting the Glendora, California city council member's Joseph Santoro, Judy Nelson, Gene Murabito, Karen Davis and Douglas Tessitor..

Looks like another big time crime has been solved with out the aid of Glendora, California - code enforcement department, namely Rafael Perez.
This loose cannon has phoneyed up reports and warrant justification's time an time again, just a annoying hemorrhoid on the backside of all business in Glendora, California.
Glendora Man Arrested in Connection With Alleged Pomona Chop Shop, Anonymous caller tipped Pomona Police department to the operation.
Last time Rafael tried to make in to the big times, he upset the FBI, State of California crimes division and the LAPD and DMV.
Once again the GPD and city hall and the bogs city attorney walked or was it crawled away with pure shame all over their faces.

P.S. a piece of advice, don't let Perez talk you into anything like what happened below, why because their are REAL law enforcement officers on the street too!
An FBI agent almost shot a Detroit cop on Wednesday at a gas station while filling up.
It wasn't the FBI agent fault but it was the fool of a police officer who went along with this stupid idea in the first place.
It was the cop's bosses, who came up with the lame brain idea to simulate a purse snatching and then invite a TV crew to film your reaction Detroit.
The immediate supervisor of these cops had no idea this was happening until they called him, your stupid and so was your police chief, too!
The agent was justified in shooting the purse snatcher (aka police officer) because so may cops are going BAD these days! it would have saved the tax payers the trial for the crooked cops.

The GPD is headed for eventual failure. The Glendora police department is no longer the admired department that it once was.
The GPD system is overpriced, taxpayers are overburdened, GPD chief Robert Castro and his staff are overpaid, and service is deteriorating.
The argument that the LASD can do a better job for a lesser cost will be made, GPD is at 54% of the cities budget already.
The GPD is a scandal waiting to happen... and since Castro has taken the helm, Glendora police department officers have seemed to patrol our streets with an arrogantly uneducated demeanor.
The GPD are hired thugs for City Hall and the City Council member's, something like "Brown Shirts."

What about becoming the chief chair inspector for all the lards who sit around in city hall thinking up new ways of tormenting small business owner's through out the city of Glendora.
Since the city of Glendora, California has elimated the departments positions of "Dog Catchers" there is no place for R. Perez to go now?
#8 Jun 22, 2013
Dog owners are on alert for wild animals carrying fleas, as several cases of bubonic plague yes, the black death have appeared in East Mountains canine communities in New Mexico.

Rafael Perez was NO where in sight Saturday Afternoon, June 22, 2013 - so how is the City of Glendora, California going to get out the latest's massive PR failure?
The city of goodness and truth etc. the same old political BS - pumped out by the ship load from City Hall in Glendora, California?
And all that "free an Easy" tax payers money Chris Jeffers and the Glendora City Council spent like "town Drunks"?
The city of Glendora is now involved in another Federal Lawsuit.

Daredevil cop caught texting while motorcycling on highway in Tempe, Arizona June 28, 2013
Tempe, Arizona motorbike cop was photographed apparently texting while zipping down U.S. 60 at 80 mph on his motorcycle.
So much for all that don't text and drive advice.
Texting and driving isn't illegal in Arizona. At least not yet.

At Glendora, California code enforcement CONTRCTOR, "want ta be police officer" Rafael Perez so swore out a search warrant to do something as stupid as the ABC officer's.
GPD couldn't hide it from the CHP, Justice Department, FBI and other really police agency's, this is why the GPD has shamed it's self time and time again.
April 2013, radio host Rob Schilling revealed the audio of a stunning 911 call placed by one “Ann, Downey,” apparently a passenger in the car driven by 20-year-old Elizabeth Daly as Virginia law enforcement from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) surrounded the car.
Daly was arrested on April 11, 2013, after she was surrounded by ABC agents who suspected that she had bought alcohol illegally due to her age.
In fact, she had bought bottled water and cookie dough.
While the officers surrounded the car, the passengers called 911.

The reason why the GPD keeps a closer leash on Rafael Perez, in the past Rafael P. has gotten in to real business owners who live and work in Glendora, California.
Of the complaints and reason's why business owners have closed up shop and moves else where, because of the illegal actions taken by Rafael Perez against them.
The Florida trial for Zimmerman juror: He shouldn't have gotten out of that car he was told by POLICE dispatcher to sit tight, REAL police officers were on their way.
Reminds me, doesn't Florida Gov. Rick Scott look like some kind of "wacko skin head."

This contractor likes to wear police marked clothing and sneak around Glendora, California.
Trying to drum up the next big case that will put him in the papers and get a raise for himself.
Instead he and his bosses waste tax payers dollars chasing law abiding people and business around, wasting their time also where they could have been conducting business to create tax dollars for the city, so you see the city loses at both ends.
Shame on you Chris Jeffers, D. Wayne Leech and Rafael Perez..

Another manslaughter/murder charges will and should be brought against the department and officers.
Hawthorne Officers and paramedics worked on her like mad men, trying to save her and the city of Hawthorne from a another huge lawsuit performed by the reckless police department that is out of control.
She was ejected from her Acura at 2 a.m. Wednesday by the force and speed of the police car that blindsided and struck her car. When she pulled out from an alley onto El Segundo Boulevard near Doty Avenue
Hawthorne have started with the lies to protect themselves and the city by saying the joker driving the murder vehicle was responding to a call? Preza was the mother of three boys ages 13, 5 and 1.
More like his mistress called for a quickie or a new donut stand opened up.

Rafael Perez (code enforcement contractor) and his supervisor ex police officer of Monrovia, California along with Robert Castro (chief of police) D. Wayne Leech Glendora, California city attorney and Chris Jeffers city manager of Glendora, California launched a failed attempt to silence a long time critic of the corrupt Glendora, California city government.
A falsified raid with police Officers with the Taskforce for Regional Auto theft Prevention raided a long time and legal place of business.
The auto theft task force, made up of Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies and Los Angeles Police Department officers, came up dry ad were pissed off at being lead down a dry hole and suspected that (Glendora) contractor Rafael Perez lied and make up false statements to create the warrant used to make the raid in the first place.

You mean to tell us the a contractor working for the city of Glendora, California runs around and threatens legal residents?

Perez was another offering that began to stink when it was opened up and displayed to the Business and Resident's of Glendora, California.
This prize package soon began to destroy their moral and support of the local thugs in City Hall and on the City Council.

Good news the likes of Rafael Perez will no longer be haunting the residents and business owners of Glendora, California no more. More good news, the air has been a little cleaner to breath since the likes of him as left the cities employment. The little Hitler mental defect was ever present when no extra ears and eyes were present so he could run his mouth and do his little dance.
Bad news how ever he took a job in another SGV city, hope they have good insurance because RAFAEL DOES NOT CHANGE he is still a little dictator with a below acceptable height limits.

Glendora's Dirty little secret: Study says short Glendora code enforcement contractors have Napoleon Complex.
So do tell, Rafael Perez the stubby hit man for Chis Jeffers and. D Wayne Leech lets not forget Jeff Kugel all very bad people in Glendora's local government.
Does that go for the runt called Gene Murabito too? We will have to measure him one of these days but they looked like twins to me.
