Glendora, California police using under age 'police cadets' to go undercover, this operation caught four businesses in Glendora who were willing to sell liquor to underage customers.

For the last three Glendora City Council meetings there has been a CLOSED SESSION meeting announcement:

"Significant exposure to litigation" Number of Cases: One (1).

This one case is the result of The Glendora city manager, city attorney and the previous and current Glendora POlice Chiefs involvement in a ILLEGAL police alcohol sting with Glendora Police officers and Cadets.

Only problem was the Police and Cadets LIED, the case was thrown out of A.B.C. court and the judge found the City of Glendora and Glendora Police acted illegally and with malace towards the businesss owner.

Now back to the CASE: All parties are now being SUED in court.

And still the city of Glendora, California will use up it's libality insurance limits and the rest of the judgement will come out of the cities General Funds Account.

Michelle Masterman, 49, showed up at a bar on the T. Phillips of the 100 block of North Glendora Avenue intoxicated.

Masterman then got into a car and drove away at about 5:25 p.m. when Glendoa, California police officers were called.

You forgot to tell the rest of the story Mark. You know, the part where the officers pursued her all the way to Duarte and arrested her while preventing any injury to her or anyone else. Too bad that there's no law that keeps idiots like you from driving or even walking around town. Now that's a law the people in Glendora would get behind, the No Mark In Public Law. You didn't tell the rest of the story Mark because it shows the cops in a positive light and you are a cop hater, like many of the other scum like this drunk woman. She's a drunk though Mark while you've proven you're much lower than a drunk, you're a hateful little racist and bigot that has to post here because the Patch, like cops, scare you to death. At least you know your place boy.

Maybe T. Phillips/Glendora Village was the first BAR she tanked up on in the first place and certain parties are trying to cover these facts up to protect some family member involved?

Glendora, California.

What about the multi-million dollar lawsuit the City of Glendora and the GlendoraPolice Department have hanging over their heads?

Court time is coming next month!

In a nut shell, Glendora, California city hall and city council has overspent and mismanaged funds for years.

Now the residents and business have to suffer the consequences.

But there's a silver lining, this same cities government is involved with still more lawsuits more than a sane person could handle, nice going city council.

I remember the GPD pulled a illegal alcohol sting on a local business and all involved from the GPD side lied on their offical police reports, even the police scouts. How could this happen?

The A.B.C. court judge saw through the GPD lies.

My brother was wrongfully accused by students that he caught with alcohol at school. I personally watched the DAs office go after him and alter evidence.

Oh my gosh, did the City Manager Chris Jeffers and City attorney D. Wayne Leech really do all those bad things against a small business owner in Glendora, California?

That must be the real reason Glendora, California didn't get the 2012 "most business friendly" award for 2012-2013.

fitting name Joe friday. Cops lie when As a bartender I know and MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY KNOW cadets cannot lie during alcohol sting. You protect your own, whereas we care about everyone. Full cops are encouraged to lie to ensure convictions. Dont trust cops. Trust your lawyer. That is the difference. 2 years in prison is no joke for serving underage. What's truly wrong is they were willing to break the laws to lock people up just doing their job. You represent all that is wrong in this country. And you are far too brainwashed to see it. It's not a race thing, it's a pig thing. Pigs are greedy and eat anything they can get away with. Hence the term.

The GDPD are boot licking dogs to the politicians who pay their salaries and allow them to get away with murder.

I know and MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY KNOW cadets cannot be held accountable during alcohol sting when they are operating under the umbrella of a dully sworn peace office and the city lawyer and and city manager.

Full cops are encouraged to lie to ensure convictions.

Don't trust cops.

Trust your lawyer.

That is the difference.

A fine or years in prison is no joke for serving underage.

What's truly wrong is they were willing to break the laws to lock people up while following orders to force a conviction as retaliation on a person or a business in town such as Glendora, California

You represent all that is wrong in this country.

And you are far too brainwashed to see it.
