Clash at Ontario shipping business turns deadly

A Montebello man died Wednesday afternoon after he tried to tie up a fellow employee of a shipping business and was later shot in a struggle, authorities said.

It seems pretty obvious to me that there is a man smiling in that photo, while just feet away from him, there is a man (in yellow) who is very upset. Regardless, I wouldn't think that there is anything to smile about at the scene of a homicide.

According to the Hesperia man, "He told police he realized the other man had a gun and managed to escape from his binds. He struggled with the other man and was able to take the gun and shoot him, he said."

However, the Montebello man was unavailable for comment.

The skinhead KKK member with the police badge is the one that is laughing,the one in the yellow sitting down is probably the one who fired the gun in self defense and he is the only one affected because the KKK crew up at the DA's office will probably go after him for manslaughter.

Yes, but finding out who owns the gun will either confirm or refute the shooter's claim that the victim had a gun. The victim isn't around to deny the shooters claim. The shooter might just be a hothead who was a victim of a harmless workplace prank.

Grief and stress is a killer. Asking the officers to assume the grief and stress from each crime scene is absurd and unreasonable. If you're the victim of a crime, you'd want the officers to be objective and clearheaded - not grief stricken and emotional.

I work in the area and it is filled with dirty prostitutes and dirtier truck drivers. They park anywhere they want and constantly run red lights. Anyone remember the motorcyclist that was killed from the truck driver while he had the green light to enter freeway? Yet, the police only enter the area when murders happen and their ticket quotas are up! Tell that balding unfit motorcop who camps out on the Miliken and 10 offramp, to worry more about the truck drivers who break the laws and stop giving petty tickets to meet his quota!
