A new Texas law is trying to be passed:
As proposed, House Bill 1202 would create tough state punishments for those who "intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly" hire an unauthorized immigrant. Violators could face up to two years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000.
But it is an exception included in the bill that is drawing attention. Those who hire unauthorized immigrants would be in violation of the law -- unless they are hiring a maid, a lawn caretaker or another houseworker.

More Republican, GOP, RNC and Tea Party Clod-Hoppers ruining the American Way of Life:
A Washington D.C. District Court on Tuesday November 8, 2011 refused to sign off on the newest map, which was drawn by a Republican-controlled Legislature and signed by Gov. Rick Perry of Texas.
The Republican, GOP, RNC and Tea Party tainted plan wont be approved in time for the November filing period, a Texas Democratic strategist who has been advocating against the plan.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott warned the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe.
By the way has been monitoring American elections since 2002.
So this Texass Mule has threatened the monitors might be subject to arrest if they entered Texas polling stations.
Sounds like a real Republican moron!

Snow white and the seven dwarfs have yet to have anything to say about this?
Robert Jeffress, senior pastor at the First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas made remarks on November 04, 2012 Sunday before the election that should Obama win, his victory would lead to the reign of the Antichrist.
The men in the white coats with bug-nets are still out looking for this nut, but as you know Texas is a big state so he could be hiding anywhere.

Peacefully grant the city of Austin Texas to withdraw from the state of Texas & remain part of the United States.
Austin Texas continues to suffer difficulties stemming from the lack of civil, religious, and political freedoms imposed upon the city by less liberally minded Texans.
It is entirely feasible for Austin to operate as its own state, within the United States, in the event that Texas is successful in the current bid to secede.
It is important for Austin to remain in the union as to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers.
We would also like to annex Dublin Texas, Lockhart Texas, & Shiner Texas.

He was to have had a new trial in 1979, but being that ther are idiots in the Texass judicial system nothing has happened since then.
A federal judge in Houston, Texas recently ruled that Hartfield's conviction and sentence ceased to exist when the appeals court overturned them meaning there was no sentence for White to commute.
But Hartfield isn't likely to go free or be retried soon because the state has challenged a 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' decision favorable to Hartfield, arguing he missed a one-year window in which to appeal aspects of his case.

Gov. Jerry Brown calls Texas Gov. Rick Perry's ad 'barely a fart.'
Besides Rick Perry has a clue as to where is is at most of the time.

Rankled, Gov. Rick Perry probably won't tout as he tries to snatch (like a child molester) businesses from California:
Most if not all Texas cities continue to lag in an National annual study of literacy rates.

The company's event history closely mirrors that of San Pedro's Rancho LPG facility, but the hazard is far greater.
The butane and propane stored there has the explosive energy to destroy life and property for miles around and devastate our economy.
It's considered a terrorist target, sits on an earthquake rupture zone and liquefaction zone.
New legislation and gutsy leadership is needed to overcome the influential dollars of Big Oil.
Texas launches more business into near earth orbit with explosion every year.
