A friend who happened to drive by the accident scene told me the moped driver hit a Bobs tow truck. I checked Bobs address and sure enough their business is located at 19135 San Jose Avenue, just east of Nogales Street.
Why is the California Highway Patrol investigating this accident if one of their tow contractors is involved.
And why isn't the news paper accurately reporting the news.

It looks like a conflict of interest here. I wonder has the deep pockets of Bobs Towing now reached the CHP. We know this tow company is famous for big payoffs just like in La Puente a few years back when they tried to buy a tow contract with the city from Argudo and Solis. This company has had several accidents on their street which can all be explained by parking illegally on that street. Lets watch and see how this one is covered up.

How Funny! you two have nothing better to do then to criticize a tow company! If you weren't at the scene to witness what happened its not your spot to make comments. So it will be highly appreciated if you take your negative comments somewhere else! I know who the young boy is and we know exactly what happened. It's not the tow companies fault!

The C H P was at the scene Why are they leaving out important details.
It is improper for them to investigate this accident because Bobs is a C H P tow contractor.
It is a conflict of interest.
So it will be highly appreciated if I take my negative comments somewhere else. Sorry Nocando.
First of all the truth should not be considered negative.
Second, There is a reason why the truth is not reported.

Ok I talked with a business owner near Bobs tow. He told me that Bobs is constantly parking their tow trucks and their big rig trucks in a dangerous manner in front of their tow company. He says that Bobs tow does not have adequate on site parking.
If this is true than the California Highway Patrol is and should be held partially responsible for this young mans death. The C H P tow policy requires that a contract tow company must have adequate on site parking.
Bobs tow is not the only C H P contract company that parks their tow trucks on city streets. Royal Coaches is always parking their big trucks right on a corner in front of their business in a manner that creates a unnecessary hazard to the motoring public.
The truck and trailer that this young man ran into at 6 pm (already dark ) parked on a public street measured 53 ft in Length x 102 in Width x 37" in Height and that is just the trailer. This is the kind of trailer that they haul greyhound buses on. It had NO business parked on a city street at dark.
The average car is 72 inches wide this trailer was 102 inches wide. And it was no doubt a little away from the curb. So one can safely assume this trailer was parked in a manner that created a unnecessary hazard to the motoring public.
This truck and its 53 foot trailer was not there on business, It was there because This C H P tow company is allowed to operate with out adequate on site parking.
I hope this young mans family sues the chiiiit out of the C H P and Bobs towing.

The more I think about this , the more I think I know why the California Highway Patrol failed to mention that it was one of their tow contractors illegally parked truck that this young man hit.

Question for the California Highway Patrol.
I know your policies are based on good public policies.
Is it worth it to ignore your policies.

Well Garcia we are waiting your response if you have one. I guess you won't be able to cover this one up. I would say Car Parker has brought out the facts and you claim it's not your companies fault because you say so. That's just not good enough Jose buddy or whatever your real name is.
