GREAT!!!!!! Another backdoor developer deal at the cost of Taxpayer's expense. Aren't our leaders listening to what's going on around? All this corruption and they still have the gall to pull these shenanigans.

I suppose whoever is spearheading this is real close to the developer company....

You obviously aren't seeing the changes going on in Azusa recently. So take your complaints to the City of Bell or Vernon where they belong. Azusa is doing a great job with Citrus Crossing and this is just another feather on the councils cap.

IT's OK so long as Applebees promises to hire only persons who live in Azusa.

That would be a classic waste of public money.

I don't live in Montebello or Monterey Park where my ISP usually shows. Whenever I think there is a waste on public money, I will say so. Its called 'free speech'.

Azusa on the way up, probably so as it can't go down any further. They even got a Target store, wow.

This is a great investment, $200,000 to have a national chain within the City that will help in keeping tax dollars within the city and provide an eating facility for APU and allwhile also improving the City's image...cant go wrong.

Applebee's is a good restaurant to go to only if the others have a long wait. Their food isn't that great. Ever wonder why David Letterman bags on Applebee's ? Because they are a low grade restaurant. They will fit right in Azusa, the low grade city.
