This is what Glendora's City Council allowed to build low income housing in Glendora, birds of a feather really do stick together:

Federal investigators have been probing Alatorre’s personal finances and actions while a member of the City Council and the MTA board. TELACU paid $13,200 for installation of a tile roof on Alatorre’s Eagle Rock home at a time when the councilman was backing the organization for government loans and contracts.

Alatorre and TELACU executive David Lizarraga invoked their 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination when questioned last March about the roof and other matters in a civil court case involving a former MTA official.
Montebello Says

MONTEBELLO -- In a letter, the president of developer TELACU Industries has threatened "legal action' against any Montebello city official who jeopardizes a development deal between TELACU and the city.

The letter by TELACU President Michael D. Lizarraga to Montebello City Administrator Richard Torres, dated Aug. 2, complained that Montebello Mayor Norma Lopez-Reid and Montebello Treasurer Gerri Guzman were criticizing the development agreement, in which TELACU and a partner have proposed building a $12 million retail and housing center at Montebello and Whittier boulevards.

Cracker box sized townhomes/apartments being built across the street from the US post office on Ada are a very bad idea. Once again Glendora, California make another BAD choice for the future of Glendora.

Son, you should not be so critical. After all you have been freeloading off your "friend" for all these years. People buy what they can afford. Why don't you try to get a job instead of trying to manage the entire U.S. Government. Me and the rest of the taxpayers in Glendora are tired of supporting your lazy ass!
