A lot of people doing that lately. There's an older gold or tannish color full size van doing the same thing on the north end of town close to speedway.

Wrong! Soliciting people for money, or panhandling, is illegal! However, most cities don't enforce it. Which is crazy! And a lot of people use this technique to rob people or scope out an area before they rob someone. It's a shame for the people who are actually homeless and in need, but there are a lot more outlets for help than most people know.

Your right they wont do nothing out side of circleville Walmart is not in the city. I new a kid back in the day that would stand out front Kroger doing the same thing cpd told him if they got called out again he was going to jail. They also told him it was not kroger that called it was a person. that was in 08. That is a law in town that you can not ask for money like that . That hole walmart build is not in city limits.

Doesn't matter if its not city. That's why we have other departments like the sherriffs department.

They usually do their job unlike cpd. It'd be nice if we could call them for everything lol you can always call the highway patrol. Their jurisdiction is Ohio.

if you complain to management of the establishment they usually make the person leave. there is a law on pickaway county about loitering and that is what they are doing.
