It is in place, yes. But what is the point in it being there if they don't hold the government accountable? They pick and choose what they wish to rule justly on.

He is now an "Inventor", and his wife works in a warehouse. Then it goes on to say they haven't made a payment since 2004.
He was making payments. The bank switched the mortgage to another bank without his knowledge. But the numbers haven't been released by the media. The media shows and tells what they are told to say. He is indeed an inventor. His invention will change everything. But, that has nothing to do with this case.

Its all public record, go down to the clerk of courts and see how the case was handled, i called and the lady said it was still an open case.... which its not... the national city mortgage company put two of his payments in escro without notice, and as gretchen who did the ny times article revieled, they didnt even own the mortgage when knece did his 15 min oral hearing without even do the title search like a real judge who knows law would do... no standing means they had no right to sue mr wellman, and knece ignored that... derelection of duty oath in office, he shoupd be in prison

Linked in... the official business website :) but this forum isnt about his awesome invention with a 4.18 cop per kilowatt with no outside source, its about us american people letting oursleves believe we have no power against the government officials who work for the tax payers when they make dirty desicions... if everyone woupd wake up and try to come together problems could be solved instead of hidden and forgot

Mature. Here is the link to official statics from the US Patent Office.

http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/ido/oeip/...

You'll see that since 1980 the percentage of applicants who've been granted applicants has increased to being above 40% granted each year. Never had it been 1-3%. Always double-check your facts. Now why should anyone believe anything you say?

Linkedin is a business website that you have to have a special membership to get into and if 50 percent off patents actually got granted we would have more jobs now... wheres ur patent? Dont be so jelous and try to turn this away from the judge who doesnt know court procedures and u can look that up

LinkedIn is a business networking site. No special membership required. Patents don't create jobs. Many patents granted never are produced. Why? Because a patent just secures an idea, but that doesn't mean there is a market or that it's even a good idea. Sometimes they sit dormant for decades before getting used. Sometimes they just never are.

I think facts are important. I said nothing about the judge because I didn't know the facts. However, when I saw this false stats from you it invalidated the rest of your argument. Especially now that you seem so adamant in defending a mistake.

Ok I will, but you aren't going to get people on your side and listen if your facts aren't 100% and you use unnesscary profanity in your attacks.

well first off id hope that all facts = 100%, the only "statement" i made that was off was the % of patents granted and i got that number from linkedin... but here are some facts for you sir:

kneece did not do the title search
national city fraud their numbers
national city didn't own the mortgage
kneece dismissed that evidence in his 15 min oral hearing without mr wellmans presence
that is dereliction of duty while under oath in office..
theres your facts, either prove me wrong your do your american duty to report these criminal acts made by our officials who receive tax money
