Harmony, harmony, harmony. The NA's are very team oriented. They almost always have a smile on when assisting you. On my last stay, a NA named Chrissy was wonderful along with the other NA's. The NA's always have alot of work and working as a team, they get it all done.
Very good experience in the ER. Everyone was very attentive and always asked if we had any questions. The ER dr. I had was a guy named Call. I REALLY like the attention he gave my case. Kept me informed, completely.
Housekeeping seemed very good. Just didn't like the idea of the mops being used in room after room, after room. Watched it one day while walking.
Billing dept. agreeded to taking payment that I could afford to make. Always very pleasant.
On the whole, I was a positive experience. Everyone I was being treated by seemed to be in harmony. Can't beat that.
As far as he said she said, those people should be written up for breaking harmony.
