yeah that's the problem she gives druggies who don't deserve it a chance to run good people outta their home and Elsea's Parks. The only people who survive in their parks are the trash like Mary. that's the only people who never fear for their life is druggies and that's all they want. If you're a good decent person, family, whatever you may as well forget it cause you'll be run out.

oh and they add extra to your water bill so they are screwing you. What they get billed for water for the whole park they profit on it too.

No...This is not Mary. I am not a druggie. I have worked all my life....And have raised a family here. I am friends with all my neighbors who are retired people who all get along and look out for each other. The original poster of this comment is a former employee and tenant of elseas who is mad because he lost his job due to coming to work drunk. Not to mention drives through the park drunk and wrecks into trash cans and whatever else they happen to run into. The people in my little corner of Elseas are good people and take care of one another. I know that not all the people that live in here are angels, but I am telling you my experience with the park and Mary Harrison.

I think you should know what you're talking about before you go running your mouth. Not that it's any of you business, but no I did not owe money to the dope man. It was a kid, he got two other homes, a shed, and a camper. Just because I lived in a park doesn't mean that I am trash.

Mary is a very sweet lady to me .. both have treated me fine even when I got behind .. but I took responsiblity for bein behind and called them and they helped... Asa is the p.o.s. he racks up lots rent for no reason.. have yet to figure out what my lot rent pays for .... He don't even wanna pay for a lifeguard for the pool .. but plz take a job u had and didntt like or maybe didn't like what they were doin but u still worked there ..maybe she is tired of all the excuses ppl tell her ... Mary and her husband was amazing to my gpa when he was alive .. she is a good soul .. that is sadly struck in this generation of $hit talkin fools !!

I'm not Mary nor a druggie ..nor trailer trash hard working single mom .. my home was there for 10 yrs now .. even sat empty for yrs .. mever damage don't to it ... Some parts are worse but then again its what u allow to move in beside u .. ice had the same neighbors as well ...

Sorry to disappoint, but I've always had a job since I was 15, never received assistance(other than WIC), and I have a life. So please think before you start throwing things out like that, it's just rude. As far as it being rent to own, I have no idea I was a 20 year old single mother who was tired of paying rent at a stupid apartment. I didn't read the fine print, I missed the part about the compound interest that was daily and not monthly. I paid on that double wide for 7 years without missing a payment with my money not the government's. I got screwed by the man royal. Mary treated me like I was trash just because I lived in a trailer. In the big scheme of things, who is she to judge me? Who are you to judge me?
