You know how they tell you to replace head lights in sets ?.....Because they where both made at the same time used the same so they fail at or around the same time. Well all small pipes where put i the ground at the same time. So that are a at the end of there life and failing ! And after Bob B from the old city board got walmart mad for making the BOB TAX as we all call it. Walmart would not let the city annex it. SO good old bob thought he was being smart by doubling taxing ever one. All he did was hurt the town by pissing of walmart and now our town gets nothing. so its falling a apart. Walmart was going to let the city annex there new building under the old tax rates. till bob was going to make they pay double.

You'd probably be shocked to learn that some of the oldest water lines in town could be wood. Don't laugh, some cities still have them. They all will rot out some day.

This is the case no matter where u look in America, out infrastructure especially under ground is from the 40s or 50s with little maintenance been done to them. That is why u see a bunch of towns and cities applying for water and sewer line replacement grants. Facts of the infrastructure system, they fail after time.
