Cinco Ranch High students suspected in counterfeiting

I don't know how effective that would be anyway. About $1,300 in phony money was recovered by police in connection with an investigation concerning counterfeiting, drugs and guns at a Katy high school. via Houston Chronicle

Katy has a school district that has an 80% college attendance rate. That is huge. The problem is these kids in Katy are so sheltered and nieve as to how life is outside of Katy, they think they are the center of the universe and that their wants are their right, and not their priveledge.

Katy is a great school district. I'm a Katy High graduate and take it to heart that I went there and was part of such a great athletic program and school. You must be from a town/school with crappy football. Dont bad mouth us because Katy is known NATIONWIDE for their great athletic abililty. Sounds like jealousy...

Wow, you think Katy is bad?

This must be a joke.

Katy is actually a very safe community and the NORTH SIDE does have higher crime/drug rate than the south side. The south side is especially nice.

Just because there are a couple of bad seeds in a high school, these great schools are given a bad name by some uninformed idiots. Ridiculous.
