Cortland County man charged with torching restaurant he owned to collect insurance

A Cincinnatus man has been charged with setting fire to a landmark hotel and restaurant more than two years ago to collect $137,000 in insurance, according to the New York State Insurance Department.
Do not pass go, do not collect the $200. "Get out of jail free" cards have been removed.
