The Army Corp of Engineers deserves credit. They are responsible for ALL locks & dams on navigable waterways. The building & maintainance of levees, the building of countless lakes like Brookville, Caesar Creek, Dale Hollow, Lake Cumberland & so many more. They control
/decide how much water to retain or drain & when. AWESOME job this past year engineers!

I live in the village of New Richmond, which has enacted a village tax for all wage earning people who live in the village. I for one do not feel that the community has done anything with that tax for the citizens. The kids have tore down the gazeebo on Sycamore St and now have gone to the gazeebo on Front St and have started tearing it apart, we are told to watch the kids and report what we see, but after reporting kids running through our yard to the park we were told by the police officer that there was nothing we could do about it - it was not 11:00 pm and the kids could pertty much do whatever they wanted.

Get a camcorder, then find out who their mommy and daddy are, then have a long discussion with them.
