I think Kasich is full of BS and he proved that today on Meet the Press when he said that Ohio is going to take jobs from the surrounding states I knew right there he was dishing out BS because Indiana is ranked 5th and the only midwest state in the Top 10 and besides Ohio is ranked 35 in Chief Executive’s eighth annual survey of CEO opinion of Best and Worst States in which to do business and that is why he know's unemployment is going to go up in Ohio.

By a survey? I don't know about that one. So far, Kasich has been doing a pretty good job given the circumstance. I also believe that the Meet the Press piece was pretty left leaning. There is a difference between somebody who wants the job of governor and somebody that wants to do the job of governor. I see Kasich as somebody who really wants to turn the state around. We haven't had anybody like that as Governor in quite some time.

but from what Kasich said from an economical standpoint Indiana's financial footing is far more better than Ohio's or any other Midwest state. I remember when Daniels anounnced that businesses where inquiring to relocate from the surrounding states and alot of them did especially companies from Michigan to Northern Indiana.

I would LOVE to see Ron Paul put in charge of the Fed. Or even as Secretary of Commerce.

That would be interesting... and a move in the right direction.

Kasich has taken Ohio from 48 worst economically to 5th best, in less than one term.

Bottom line... Kasich is turning the state around, and the liberal leftwing hyperpartisans are running for cover.

.
I wouldn't take it personal Indy. Taking jobs away from Indiana might not happen, but let's get real here... How hard can it be to take jobs away from Michigan Pennsylvania, and Illinois? Illinois might not be a border state but its not outside the definition of surrounding states.
.
Remember what I said about having the right governors to do the exact same thing to Ohio with Nikki Haley and Nathan Deal.....

Matter of fact, it was Sonny Perdue that took NCR away from dumbass Strickland like taking candy from a baby. Well, Ohio has a governor now that can do the same thing to surrounding states. Ohioans had better keep Kasich if they have a brain in their head.

Fair enough. But can you tell me of one governor of Ohio that can stand up to Kasich's current record in the last two or more decades? The closest I can figure is Voinovich, and he was basically a fiscal conservative.

Kasich can't save the world. What he can do is lure as many companies to Ohio as he can. He will not be able to keep all of the current companies here in Ohio. Nor will he be able to draw every new or expanding industry here either. We are not Texas where weather is a giant advantage for us. You understand that where you live. But on a public school grade scale, how would you rate Kasich? A, B, C, D or F?

Do you even know why we let china hold debt? Stop listening to fox news and Donald trump...china is the 3rd largest economy in the world behind the us and eu. China is still a relatively poor country...People earn $7000. To our $47000. Per person compared to the us. A low standard of living for chinas workers...that's why we outsource jobs there. We allow debt for low consumer prices....It also keeps intrest rates low, Americans demand this. China owns 1 trillion of us debt...a small amount compared to our large economy...Fox news and Donald Trump use these as talking points to fool less than knowledgable people to vote the party line. Republicans and Trump don't mind conducting business with china. Even in it's current state of operation..matter of fact they prefer it!

my question is if Kasich is turning the state around then why is the unemployment going to be going up.

During Kasich's first year in office, the Ohio unemployment rate dropped from 9% to 7.9%. In 2011, 45,000 new jobs were created in the state of Ohio. Kasich ran on a platform of creating a better business climate. During his first year the $8 billion budget deficit was also eliminated through the creation of a balanced budget.

getting ready to call in that debt and cause extreme inflation here in the US just like the US did to Germany during the Great Depression and German Economy went into a death spiral.

So of those 45,000 jobs created last year, just how many auto industry jobs?
.
Those auto jobs, might've been kept from leaving Ohio, using whatever strong arm tactics, but I'd wagering not many auto industry jobs were created.... The Dayton GM assembly is still GONE. The Toledo Jeep assembly is still GONE.
.
The Ford engine factory in Lima is hanging on because the local union boss there knows his place. He might've got some jobs added maybe. The GM foundry in Defiance is hanging on but are they adding any?
.
Glad to see you once again GR ;-)

Lets look at the amazing amount of scrutiny that apparently needs to go into a Barack Obama campaign ad, just to understand what it actually means.

Level Minus One. This is the scrutiny that is done by the creators of the ad itself (that is to say, none at all). Summary of said ad (second video at this Hot Air link): this Brian Slagle fellow from Ohio was in the auto industry; he got laid off; but he has a job, now; and thank God for that nice Obama fellow, who made it all possible.
.
Level Zero. This was the scrutiny done by ABC News. They discovered that the company that Mr. Slagle works for now (Johnson Controls) apparently frittered away a lot of its stimulus money then; is actually laying off people now; and is currently being investigated for employee health violations. As in, lead poisoning. In other words; it’s not that great a job, and there’s some question about whether its employees are better off with the company still being in business. I mean. Lead poisoning.
.
Level One. This is the scrutiny done by The Weekly Standard: in short, actual fact-checking. It turns out that Mr. Slagle has been employed by Johnson Controls… since 2006. This information could be found via the arcane method of “looking up Brian Slagle on Facebook:” the information has since been removed, but TWS took screenshots, of course. Translation: Brian Slagle did not actually get a new job from Obama’s stimulus program. They want you to think that he did, but he didn’t*.
.
All of which means that the actual message of the ad is “I had a job in the auto industry until about six years ago… and then I got a new job. Which is apparently one with a bad environmental and fiscal record, but that doesn’t matter! That’s because Barack Obama really, really needs me to get on the screen and tell you how great it is for me as a spectator to see the auto industry get bailed out. So I figure that I’m golden… "oh, crud, Facebook. But… they promised me that Republicans couldn’t read!” Roflmao
.
Which, admittedly, doesn’t really sing as a campaign message.
.
*This is, by the way, what campaigns do when they don’t actually have anything useful to run on.
