Does anyone on here know a guy named Raymond Couch hes from price hill and im pretty sure hes well knowned around there.. If you do know him could you please tell me what type of guy he is and if hes seeing anyone or anything else you may be able to tell me.. If it is this Raymond Couch he is bad news.
His charges range from kidnapping to failing to stop for a bus signal. This person appears to be dangerous with a long criminal history. From these records it seems that he also lived in Norwood Ohio at one time, before he had various addresses in the 45205 district.
