Vietnamese - English interpreter in garden city?

I'm looking for a person who speaks both Vietnamese and English to help this old woman. She needs to go to the physical therapy twice a week but she couldn't find anyone that able to help her. If you know anyone (your friends, relatives, etc) can help. Please reply.

This may be a place to start. He is in the phone book (Garden City) listed as Jimmy's Repair. The gentleman who owns this business is a Vietnamese immigrant who is very respected in the Vietnamese community here. I also believe he has a son who lives in Wichita. He may be able to help.

The PT may ask the patient lot of questions about her pain so the interpreter must be there. I'm not sure if doing thru phone would work. If you know anyone else who's currently living in town. Please let me know.
