Probation!!! This is an injustice to our communities. There should be no question as to why people have lost faith in the legal system. Looks like this criminal is the only one with rights..........what about our children!! This judge should have his/her children spend the weekend with this molester.

Ya' know ... I used to get up every morning and purposely tell myself "I'm going to have a good day!"
But ... since my return to Indy ('06) I have seen nothing but K R A P in almost every area of lifes' experiences!
Now ... when I get up in the morning and read the news ... I just shake my head ... and I wonder ... how did it all get this way and how soon before it stops!

How is it a 21 year old guy can have sex with a 14 year old girl...and he has supporters?!?!? If that was my "friend", I'd have cut his nut*s off myself.

Maybe you should say a prayer for yourself and the rest of us in Indy before you get out of bed every morning. That's what I do and I have a great day-every day. If my prayer is lost on you, then maybe you should open yourself to the possibility that someone like me is wishing you well, praying for your stregnth and peace. Include the hungry children and those losing faith because of hard times. You will feel empowered to make a difference and uplifted for tring to help others.

How enlightened to attack the attorney. Wait until you need one, you judgmental, sanctimonious, ill-informed cretin.
And to the other fellow..he wasn't 21 when it happened..and pause to think that maybe, just maybe you didn't get all of the facts from one short newspaper article. Maybe, just maybe the judge knew just a little more than you and did the right thing. Naw, that couldn't be! You know all you need to know to judge, don't you. Don't need to know the people, just the label for the alleged crime. You probaly pick your friends the same way -- by labels.

Oh please lady. The "victims" family didn't even want the guy to go to jail. Don't you have a Victoria's Secret protest to go to?

God answers prayers when we do the right thing at the right time and in the right way. This isn't right.

It is about time these guys who are enticed by these fast little Hamilton hoochies get their justice. Making them registered sex offenders is ludacris.

Did you find this wishful tidbit in the Bible or just make it up?
