Anyone who does not understand Spanish will need to think twice about Cicero as with the exception of a scattered few in extreme southern Boulevard Manor, not a single resident of Cicero speaks or knows English anymore. Only Spanish. And believe it or not, even Berwyn is rapidly losing all of it's English speaking population as the spanish-only population continues to spread into Berwyn and westward. And in fact, for those of you who speak fluent English, Miami, Florida's Little Havana neighborhood is a walk in the park compared to Cicero, Illinois.
