Cicero declared a disaster area

Cicero Town President Larry Dominick has declared the nearby west suburb a disaster area as a result of intense flooding to homes and properties, according to a release from spokesman Ray Hanania.

The word comes from a town spokesman,which we dont need,wheres Dominick?The commend the westchester mayor for being on tv early this am and announcing that all his staff is working and etc!And what do we get an announcement a few minutes ago via the enternet,no help from the firemen,they said let it go down!Westchester residents were getting auto calls from their mayor,not us!3 feet of SEWER DAMAGE,WHOS FAULT IS THIS HUH????????Sanitary district or that we need better sewers!Were tired of excuses!

I hope that by now all Cicero residents have visited the Municipal Hall to fill out the initial damage assessment form. If we get any funding from FEMA, residents who fill out this form will benefit. Please fill out this form a.s.a.p today July 26 is the last day to do so.
