man killed in hit and run -We will miss Larry

The guy everyone knew in Cicero has died today in a hit and run accident. Some of us knew him as Larry or Pops. The details of his death are so sickening. He stood on the corner of Roosevelt and Cicero everyday asking for spare change. I worried he would be hit again. I have had many difficulties with Pops in the years I have known him. I could just never stay mad too long. I hope his family will claim his body and put him to rest properly as he deserves. He was a good guy down on his luck. I will miss you Pops (A.K.A Walk it out!). If anyone knows of arrangements that are being made to lay him to rest, please post them.

No he was a older white man with a beard and a lot of hair. He walked with a very bad limp cuz he was hit about two years ago in another hit and run. That time he spent 2 months in the hospital. He was in a wheelchair until someone stole it.
