Chicago street wineos will feel the shortage. Cheep wine, Louste grapes, The best wine produced in Iowa would have trouble compeating with Boonsfarm or other cheep useless food for winoes.

Crapie wine Iowa. Hey maybe they could make wine from HOG CRAP. Only if there is a subsity.
