This company is a joke! They cheat their customers by billing for time when they are NOT actually patrolling. They were hired to patrol my property 4 times a day at 1 hour each yet their OWN records show that their "patrols" sometimes lasted as little at 6 minutes. Many of the guards were unprofessional when approaching my tenants and some of their so-called previous law enforcement staff have questionable backgrounds. I would not recommend this company

Horrible service. Their pool Monitors are rude and unprofessional. Their "Supervisors" are even worse. They enforce the rules while they're on duty but show up after hours and break every rule posted, including drinking and smoking. Think twice before you hire this Company and question their "Law Enfrocement Experience with a fine toothed comb (Very Questionable Backgrouds)! They would not answer truthfully when asked at HOA meetings. They told me I was requiered to stop for the "Patrol" car on a Private street, which is a complete falsehood! You are only required to stop for LEGITIMATE Law Enforcement.Be Careful with these guys...They think they're Real Police but they're Not!!!

Law enforcement experience? Not relevant. One of the former field supervisors was a crony of office management and a bitter terminated police officer who undermined the staff with his arrival. This supervisor could do no wrong despite refusing to work. Another field supervisor(retired police officer) and crony of office management would disappear for a week at a time during his night shift as the standing guards went unsupervised. More nepotism. A third supervisor was involved in an argument while working and lost his gun permit after unholstering his sidearm. Office management would instruct patrol drivers to stand post if coverage could not be found at the HOA sites and write two seperate reports as if both positions were covered. This company actually believes that it is a police agency. Unreal.

Who are you kidding?
This company does what they say they are going to do, plus more. They are always there, professional, courteous and efficient. Their cars are clearly marked Security on the sides and the trunk. The lights are in full compliance with all state laws. They wear professional looking uniforms with all required patches and badges.
If you dont like them!, its because you are one of the problem children who refuse to follow the rules or you are one of those people who always want it their way, just like a spoiled child!!!!
We live in an HOA FOLLOW THE RULES STUPID.....
They were hired to enforce our rules, they did not make the rules.

I love these guys. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!
They are very good at there job.
You either love them because they do their job!
or you hate them because they do their job!
They have put a stop to our vandalism and the car break ins.
You are just unhappy former employees trying to make the company look bad. Thats why you are not longer working for a good company.

You are a bunch of disgruntled former employees or homeowners who have had the rules enforced and are not happy that you got caught.
If they towed you they did it right and you did not have a leg to stand on.
Hire another company so your whole HOA can be sued.

COMPANIES UNDER INVESTIGATION

Advantage Sentry and Protection
Scott Cole & Associates has reason to believe that the corporate policies and procedures in place at all Advantage Sentry and Protection contracted locations do not provide the opportunity for security guards to take legally-mandated meal and/or rest breaks. Consequently, all California security guards may be entitled to backpay for meal/rest break violations. If you agree, please contact our firm immediately.

Why is ASAP responding to alarms and working Undercover assignments when they cannot do either LEGALLY!!!!???
Our HOA better address these issues and the fact that ASAP shows up to our HOA meetings ARMED!!!!

The reason ASAP shows up at meetings armed is because the owner knows he is a fraud and expects people at the HOA meetings to turn on him.

This posting is nonsense. First of all, employees don't receive pay-raises and would not love working there for years. Second, the owner is so petty, vindictive, and paranoid, that an employee would not be able to maintain their employment for "years" as stated above. You would expect more from a former police officer. The owner is quite the disappointment. He is the one that is full of shit!
