[Horrible Customer Service]

Met the owner at the Phoenix AZ Herp show in November 2008. I was interested in purchasing an LP spiderling that they didn't even know they had with them.....the owner said he had to check with another person to see the price and he said to come back in about an hour and he would take $10 off of whatever the price is. An hour later he tells me $20 and that he won't do the 10 off like he originally said. He said he would meet me half way and would take $15 for it. Then he got mad at me when I insisted on our agreed deal of $10 off..... Now, someone who really cared about their customers would stay true to their word, especially after making the customer wait around for an hour while they tried to get their pricing figured out.

I unfortunately had to buy some crickets there a few times (moments notice type of thing).

I needed the crickets to feed a rare spider that I am working on (PhD in Evolutionary Biology UMASS). A toothless tweeker looking employee completely talked down to me like I was an idiot that did not know what I was doing.

That shop is horrible!!! Don't support it!!! They sell poached reptiles there, and the staffing is horrible!!! They are very arrogant, and they ignore customers while they horse around. They all painfully pretend that they are experts in herpetology and terrestrial arthropods, when in fact, they do not understand the basic biology behind the animals that they are selling.

Had a great experience. The guys are not the most clean cut but they were very cool and easy to work with.We had a dificult order and they totally took care of us.
