I think Sara Palin is a great choice! She is an outsider like Biden says he is, although he just lives the next state over. Everyone talks experience, but how much does Obama have. My understanding is that he has only had 160 something days, on the actual Senate floor. She has been Govener for two years now and a mayor befor that. For those who say she lacks experience to be a Vice President, then how can you vote for Obama as a President.

Palin is the commander in cheif for the Alaska National Guard. Obama can't say that.

As far as hotness, I wouldn't vote for a woman because of her looks...but it IS a nice bonus. Instead of looking at and listening to Obama over the next 4-8 yrs while the media "salivate" over him, I get a fresh dose of hottie VP and a sexy Alaskan accent to enjoy.

Hmm, since she has caused such an uproar from the 'left', she might be worth something.

They don't get this ticked at anything unless it is getting in their way to absolute power!

Now, if we average both tickets, Republicans have better 'gender balance', roughly the same 'average age', foreign relations - real comparison is questionable but my understanding seem to lean to the Republicans, being fiscally prudent - Sarah brings that to the table, everyone else is a 'lost soul'. Generation of hot air and hand waving positions, Democrats seem to win. Overall, the next two months will tell the tale.

(Personally, I am not Dem or Rep, but conservative on most issues, and more liberal on some, so far none of the candidates represent my point of view.)
