Reports of Closings and Delays Today
Several area school districts and organizations have announced they will either be closed today or will be delayed because of the weather conditions: Reports say 10 am openings and buses running 2 hours late ... via KKSA-AM San Angelo

I typed in upstate NY as to where the weather is and it pulled up TX... This site seems in accurate...
