No place to park so they are all stopping on 37 or parking in the animal hospital parking lot. I had to stop going on 37 south because the line of traffic was out into the highway sitting still. Dumb move. They should have located in a better area.

Can you people not be happy that a new business is in West Frankfort? Can you not give them enough support to get on their feet and get used to things. Support them! They are here to give us business and to help the town of West Frankfort. Yes, it may of taken longer for them to make and deliver pizza because it was OPENING NIGHT! Use your common sense people and be happy that business is coming to West Frankfort instead of it being a dead beat town. Why don't you bash Mcdonalds for having lines our to 149? Or Hardees for having slow service? or anything?! Businesses are meant to help the community and obviously Papa johns will help, but they need people to support them not bitch because they just opened and didn't have pizzas on time!

Papa John's is NOT a "sit down" restaurant! Parking shouldn't be a problem once the newness wears off and the pick up orders decrease. Domino's in Benton has a tiny parking lot and does just fine.

Yeah "Seriously" you are right. A new business should have home town support and you should always expect a new business to be overloaded at first and running behind. Support them with the business but don't criticize because you may have to wait. Be happy that there is a new business and a different place to get something to eat. Good Luck Papa Johns.

If you are worried about your family eating, then you should try Kroger, McCord's or Mad Pricer instead of pizza joints. You can get things called "vegetables" and "meat" and "fruit" at said places. Then you should try Sears. You can get this thing called a "refrigerator" there. You can also get a "stove" there. After you get the aforementioned items, you should learn how they work together in the ages-old art of cooking, you fat turd. Too many people always playing the role of victim in West Frankfort. No one feels sorry for you.

friends ordered pap johns in carbondale,I didn't like it,thought I would give it a try here, at the new local joint, the hour wait was expected so I didnt mind, pizza was hot and fresh, but two totally different topping pizzas tasted the same blah ....no flavor I did like the crust, but if I had wanted bread, the bakery at krogers was open..Guess I'll stick with Casey's or Thompsonville,Pizza..Good luck to the new papa johns.I hope they do well in their venture.

I have ordered pizza from there, I really liked it. I think people need to understand its new and everyone loves to try something new so for awhile it may be busy and crazy imagine being a worker. Today I ordered two pizzas and a cookie and was very happy with the food. It's nice to have other pizzas to try. I don't know the owners but I think they are doing a great job with the amount of business and so many new employees. And I for one think its great to have another business in this town giving all these younger kids and others jobs. We need jobs for people and every time I have been in there many people are working and that's great. So I will continue to give them my business and support all the new workers who now have jobs close to home. And although you may think having a house so close yes maybe it's a lot of traffic but I would love to be able to walk 15 feet whenever I wanted a nice hot awesome chocolate chip cookie lol.

I'm a neighbor by Papa Johns. The owners talk with us on a regular basis, and we have had no problems. And they have fed our family for free a few times just to say thank you for our patience with them. Nice girls. They get my business for sure.
