Tom Odle/Tona Baldwin

Im looking for any information concerning Tom Odle. Or his high school girlfriend Tona Baldwin. What is your opinions of what really happened on that fateful November night in 1985?
I am also curious to know about his wife. Although I believe they are now divorced.

Who did he marry? Wasn't he married/engaged to the Tona chick first? I always heard she aborted his baby & then her parents wouldn't let her see him anymore. That's supposedly one of the reasons he did what he did, trying to get her attention or her sympathy one. From what I understand it must have worked because she still writes/visits and continues to wreak havoc with his mind. He will never get over her and she is probably what caused his wife to get the heck outta dodge. Just what I have heard anyway. Guess you dont really know unless you were there. Still it's all a very interesting case.

tom has dealed with his parents for a long time he had a very bad childhood i can see some of the reasion why but to tell u i will miss one of his brothers alot not a day goes by i dont think about him we are only a year apart i was 12 and his brother was 13 i just want to ask tom if his brother yelled out my name when it took place

I can try to find that out for you if you would like? My daughter visits with him in prison & he is pretty open with her. All I can do is try. Do you remember Tona? What was she like? Do you think her treatment of Tom along with everything else helped push him over the edge? I believe his obsession with Tona is what tore his marriage apart.

He lived in Mt Vernon & was, I think 18 or close to that age when he killed his entire family. This was in 1985.
There have always been so many rumors about that whole incident & why he really did it.

I personally, know that Tona is not the love of his life, if she was, she would be by his side at this moment. No, she had nothing to do with what happened to his family. Rumors! Tona had nothing to do with the divorce. We just talked about Tona the other day. Tona had nothing to do with that horrid day. Like I said, Tom is ready to talk about it. All you have to do is write him and ask him yourself. He has been preparing himself the last 27 years, now he is ready to answer questions people have of him. I personally have been in his shoes with the abuse, the only difference between us, is that we chose different paths to take care of abuse in the home.

look Tona up if you want answers pretty Tacky coming here to ask about her. I do know alot about this but will not discuss this he will never see freedom. You can look his picture and all that stuff up on the il prison directory. I personally dont want to hear his story heard enough of it already its one thing to kill abusive parents but to kill innocent siblings ughhh he will pay for his deadly sins oneday. Yeah he wants people to know now cause he wants a book deal duhhhh! I hope no one gives it to him he doesnt deserve it!

For someone to speak so harshly, is someone who has their own problems to deal with. Getting a book deal is not the reason for him talking. It is for healing. You all sure do have a lot to learn, with your rumors that you are spreading. You all are to afraid to write him to ask him yourself on issues. He has paid his price for his sins, what about you? As for any woman he had in his past, that is that, his past! He is not hiding, he has nothing to hide. It seems you all are the ones who has something to hide. People do change, and some people deserves second chances. How many chances have you had in your life of your own mistakes?

I, myself wouldn't believe anything either of them said. Tom has always been a world class liar & everyone knows Tona is a whore. For her birth control is an abortion. Last count she was up to about 5 of them! She aborted Toms kid. She kicked Tommy Smalley to the curb when she found out he had MS. Was afraid she might break a nail pushing him in a wheelchair.
If you want a humorous look at Odle read the book his ex-wife wrote. It's absolutely eye opening. There's a lot of reprints of letters of his and I believe a pic of him & Tona drooling over one another included as well.
If I'm not mistaken she called her book, Recreational Amusement. Don't quote me on that, it's been a few years since I have read it.
I agree shoot the bastard & save the state some $!!

So has he been married more than one time? I only know of the one time & I'm trying to find out what her name is & so far haven't had much luck.

He has been married 2 times and several girlfriends along the way. I will be finding out this week. My question is, if you do not have a personal relationship with him, why would anyone else want to know who he was married to? Then again, that is his past, there will another one in the future. Once again, ya'll want to know anything - write him and ask him yourself.
